Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sbigopiomb.life and services provided by Sbigopiomb GmbH ("we", "us", "Sbigopiomb"), Bahnhofstrasse 74, 8001 Zürich, UID CHE-392.456.781. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Sbigopiomb provides professional hair cutting, styling, beard grooming, and related services at our studio on Bahnhofstrasse. Service descriptions and durations on our website are approximate. Final service scope is agreed during your in-chair consultation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT (8.1%). Published prices are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust prices; confirmed bookings honour the price stated at time of booking.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us (email or phone).

• Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Late cancellation / no-show: A fee of CHF 45 may be charged
• Late arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Scrape or reproduce content without permission
• Submit false or misleading booking information

All website content (text, images, design) is owned by Sbigopiomb GmbH and protected by Swiss copyright law.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which comply with the Swiss FADP (nFADP) and GDPR where applicable.

7. Liability

We perform all services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by Swiss law:

• We are liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence
• Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages arising from breach of essential contractual obligations
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise

Please inform us of any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities before your service. We use professional-grade products but cannot guarantee individual compatibility.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 7 days. We will offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under Swiss consumer law.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility failures. Affected appointments will be rescheduled at no charge.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be noted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
